We all had so much fun at this year's Kid's Bible Camp!

26 children attended from our church family and around the community. We also had many youth helpers who kept the energy up all day! We started the day with singing (lots of actions!), then split into two groups. The first group had a Bible lesson, watched a skit, and created an article of clothing from paper, cardboard, yarn, tape, and markers. The second group went outside to the back field to play games -- there was badminton, soccer, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, football, and more! After that, we all met in the Lounge to make crafts. There were bookmarks to colour, wood trays and hooks to decorate/varnish, and rocks to paint. By then, we were all ready for lunch! We had hot dogs, watermelon, juice, and ice cream for dessert. In the afternoon, the two groups switched activities, then we all finished our crafts from the morning. After a few more songs sung in the sanctuary all together, it was time to go home.

Thanks to everyone who helped out: those who made lunch, donated supplies, prepped crafts, led Bible study and games, acted in skits, and played alongside the kids to ensure that all had a great time!

We can't wait for next year! Have a great rest of your summer!
